After installing the SP3 the Hotfix I am still getting the same errors:

Microsoft Office Access has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
and
There isn't enough memory to perform this operation. Close unneeded programs and try the operation again.

Now does anyone have any solutions apart from rolling back to SP2?

Perhaps it's not the service pack that has the issue ...

Could you post the code or tell us what happened prior to the error encountered ?

I just 'saved time', and hassle and went back to Office2003 SP2.
A lot less headache for me.
