Hi,
would like to group on my form so I am using subforms , however my query results are the following.
Description - which has 2 sets of 4 rows with the same data (this is the category i want to group on)
Descrition detail - has 1 detail per rows (so eight details) the 3rd column is a calculated field.
On my form I would like to group by desription then have the calculated total next to each detail.
I have a subform on my form with the description field and i'd like to put another subform in that with the detail and calculated total in but it gives me an error that says i can't put a subform on a continous for , can anyone think of a solution to this?
thanks
MStef
You can't put a subform on a continous form, it means, you can put subform on SINGLE FORM only.

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me , do you know then how I can group on a form?
Oneed to have it grouped by the decription column where it will only show the value once.
thanks
