Think of the application attached as a postman putting together his delivery rota.
Not a perfect explanation but it may help.)
1. open form called "mainform".
2, Ensure record displayed is ID = 1
3. This should also display 3 records in the sub form (records 2,4 and 6)
Required:
I want to install a button on each sub form record.
If the button is chosen then the "Match_to" on the sub form should be set to the ID from the mainform

See attached. Added code to the Double-Click Event on the subform .Match_to. So, Double-Clicking in the Match_to column of any subform record will copy the mainform.Match_to value to it.
