I have the following in the update to...

CODE

[tblContacts]![CallBackDetail] & Chr(10) & Chr(13) &
"**FORWARDED AT " & [tblContacts]![ForwardDateTime] & " TO " & [tblDepartments]![Department]
& " BY " & [tblContacts]![ForwardBy] & "**"
& Chr(10) & Chr(13) & "**ADDED ON " & [tblContacts]![ForwardCallBackDateTime]
& " BY " & [tblContacts]![ForwardInitials] & "**"
& Chr(10) & Chr(13) & [tblContacts]![ForwardDetail]

I want to add a carriage return, but instead it creates a square box. How can I add carriage returns to the above statement?
