I'm trying to share the design of a database with someone. Wondering if there's a way to show all the fields and their design parameters in one report of some sort.

Documenter can produce a report like this.

I can't remember where it is, but I believe the Tools menu is the place to start.

You might also want to print out the relationships window.

Better yet may be to zip and E-mail the db to your friend if there is sensitive data then make a backup and delete the records just sending the Objects ???
