I know I can add values to my combo box value list by separating them with a ; how can i add a second column to each.
My combo has 2 values.
-
T
I want to display
- Default Value
IT Skip
I know I can do this with a table, but I really don't want to create a table for 2 values.
Ideas?
Thanks

Hi LB,

Set the Column Count property to 2 and then provide the values in pairs separated with ;

For example:

1;"First";2;"Second"

Hope that helps...

I am going to jump in and suggest you NOT use value lists for your combo boxes, but tables. What if you want to add a value a month from now? You have to modify your combo box which means a small 'rework' of your form(s). If you use a table the user, or you, can simply add new 'items' and no changes are required to your combo boxes...
Just my thoughts on the subject...

And I'll second Jack's suggestion. I only use value lists for very small lists of items that are not likely to change at all (like Male/Female/It).
