I have a deployed database that has all data stored on a remote SQL database. The size of the accdr file is very large - about 30MB. Why is the file so big? Is their a data cache stored in the file?

I have many forms, reports, queries, etc - but, not enough to justify 30MB. Is this normal?

Are there any embedded pictures in your forms or reports?

Have you performed a Compact & Repair lately?

The compact and repair did it. For some reason I thought C&R was only for locally stored databases
