Hello, I have a report where the Detail section is formated into 4 columns under the 'Page Setup' -'Columns" tab.
On the Access Report for the 'RoomName" field I have 'Can Grow' and 'Can Shrink' set to YES.

Problem: the text sometimes gets truncated even if it also grows to the next line...
Examples.....
Main Office Conference Roo (truncates "Room" instead of growing to the next line!)
Theatre Dressing Room Clo (truncates "Closet" instead of growing to next line with 'B")
B

Is there a way to fix this in ACCESS or do I need to look to another solution...

Let's eliminate the obvious first. Is the detail section itself set to "Can Grow" and "Can Shrink"?

I'm looking at the fact that you have columns defined as well. Is this an issue at the bottom of a column, or anywhere within a column?

Sure, upload it as an attachment. That is often the best way to trouble shoot the unusual problems anyway.

To attach files, make a copy with all sensitive data removed and "zip" it into a zip file. Attachments need to be <500KB.
