Full Version: Printing Specific Controls To A Report

I have a form (attached) that contains a combo box with tenant company names. When the user selects a name it pulls the information related to tenant. On the right I have a small box that says "Reports". in this box are text labels. I want to define each label so that when click a report opens and contains specific information from the current form.
In the REPORTS box the first listed item is "Lease Renewal Letter". I have created a generic form letter stating that lease renewal time is approaching. When the user clicks on this label I want the report to open and populate the address information (i.e., Tenant, Contact Person Name, Address, City, State, Zip) in a letter format:
like this: Tenant
Attn: Contact Person
City, State, ZIP

Dr Mr. Contact Person (Last Name):
I hope I am not too vague. I have tried all kinds of things but can't seem to figure it out.
