Hi all

Currently I have some code written that will attach an SNP version of a report to an email addressed to the current record's address.

In A2007 it is easy enough to download the add-in that can give me the option of this attached report being in PDF format instead of SNP, but not so for A2003.

Goerge Parker was kind enough to refer me to Stephen Leban's site and his answer for converting A2003 reports to PDF but I am still struggling with what I must do in my own DB to have the attachment on my emails in PDF format. Here's the link Convert Report to PDF.

I've downloaded and looked through etc but still need to understand eg. 1. How to modify my current code? 2. Whether I simply insert Stephen Lebans module(s) / code into my own DB? 3. etc

I am not as advanced to understand properly and apply it to my situation and will appreciate some further assistance.

Can you tell us where you specifically need help? Do you not understand how the two sample files work? What have you tried and what errors were you getting? We would love to help you go through this but we would prefer to guide you to make sure you understand the process.

I will come back with some clearer questions, but you have my practice DB with the routine to send a report attached to an email, and all I need to do is attach the report in PDF format instead of SNP but Access 2003 doesn't easily allow this. (Well, maybe it does if I understood Stephen's code).
