I have a table where i have a column specifically for my pdf files that are linked to a specific directory. Each document was linked to our server drive ("T:\ etc). I needed to provide a copy of the database to a co worker so I copied the database and all the associated folder files that had the pdfs onto his desktop. In order for the links to work, i did a find/replace function: Find "T:\Folder etc" Replace with "C:\Folder etc". some of the links worked and some still used the link address to the T:drive yet on the column, all the text on the column reads "C:\Folder\etc." I use etc to save time from type the other two subfolders. The original access database was created using 2003. Any thoughts? The original database with the T:drive names worked find.
