Full Version: How To Show Data Only (not Controls) On A Report?

Hello,

Please refer to the attached image. I am designing a report, and find that two of my fields appear with list box controls in them. How do I change this so that only the data from the associated fields is displayed?

Thank you!
Jeff B.
A listbox control is suitable for use in a form, where the users would interact with the control.

In a report (i.e., a printed output), the user can't interact with the printed page (oh, maybe mark it up!). Why does your report have a listbox on it?

I have no idea how those two fields were changed to list boxes, but I just tried removing and re-adding them. This solved the problem, though the cause remains a mystery. Thanks!

Thanks for posting your solution. Other folks may face the same situation and can benefit from how you solved it!
