I have a table whick shows a skill level plus the category it covers.
I have an unbound list box which shows the categories and another which shows the skills.
I am trying unsucessfully to click on the category then have the second box filter to only show the skills of that category so I can select the right skill
Any advice would be appreciated

You need what are called "cascading combo boxes."

There should be plenty of examples here or by googling.

worked very well on using option group together with populating a list box
