Hello All,
Simple question. In Excel you can type the follow on a VB button [Form_Name].PrintForm and it would print the form like a screenshot and all the data on it. Is there a way to do something similar in Access. Thanks!

I believe in access you can do it with DoCmd.PrintOut (though I've never personally used the option, so I'm not sure if theres more to the syntax or not?) - but the major advantage access has in this sense is you can format your data into a completely separate report than your form, attaching headers/footers, etc, and really touching it up a lot to make it look as nice as you want. Then you print the report via DoCmd.OpenReport "rptName", acViewNormal, , , acHidden

exelprogrammer,
Thanks for the info. I am trying to stay away from reports with this data set. Thanks again
