Hi,
i had a subform that populated based on the value in a combo box. Now all i see in the subform is one set of values not all of them and it doesnt matter whats in the combobox. When i try to change the record source of the sub form to the combo box it says that combo box does not exist.
Please help ive sat here for three hours trying everything..

Do you mean your subform has Link Master/Child with your combobox? If so, on design view, put the name of your combobox on the Link Master Fields, and the Pk (usually ID field) of your subform in the Link Child Fields.
