I have a form that I inserted an object into and then launch map point. What I am trying to accomplish is linking data from a table that contains state codes and sales to map point. Unfortunately, if I try to link the data to access I cannot as 2010 won't work, it looks for mdb files not accdb... anyways... Does anyone out there know how to have mappoint link to a current table in your database maybe through VBA? I have found a lot of code out there for similar things but cannot mak eit work.

It seems pretty easy if I only have one table with two fileds as a reference, any points of direction or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thx

BTW - I thought MapPoint has an Import/Export feature built in?

What version of MapPoint are you using? It looks like MapPoint 2011 will recognize the .accdb extension, although I have not tried it programmatically.

There are some working examples in the MP2Kmag articles section -- https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Amp2kmag.com+access

Let us know how it goes.
