Hi All

I have a field on my form for shifts this is set to short time of 09:00 11:00 13:00 15:00 17:00 these fields never changes and the times are prestipulated, the person clocks in at 08:41 and the other clocks in at 09h41 it must give me the time differences. then the status box must show that the first person belongs to the 09:00 shift and the second one belongs to the 11:00 shift. Any help will be appreciated.

You can use this expression for your status box:

=TimeSerial(Choose((Hour([ClockInTime])+1)\2+1,9,9,9,9,9,11,13,15,17,9,9,9,9),0,0)

Set a format of hh:nn for the status box.
