Albert,
My database is so close I can taste it, thanks to your excellent illustrated explanation for creating macros in a web-enabled template. Thank you!

My situation is a little different than what you show in your example. To make your example fit my situation I added two fields to my 'Issues' form, which is the form I want the email recipient to review. The two fields pull the originator of the request's email address from another table into a field, and the recipient of the requests email into a second field.

After making sure the fields are populated with the correct email address values, I hid them. I set up an email button on the Issues form, just like to describe. Then I setup a Data macro in the Issues table, as you describe.

When I click my Email button I'm getting an error that the macro was stopped because there were no recipients. I think I've got everything setup correctly in the SendEmail portion of the macro. I'm basically just entering the value of the AssignedToEmail field into the TO: field, and putting the Originator's email address in the CC: field. I'm worrying about the BCC: field later.

I've attached screen shots of my macro. Can you take a look and offer a suggestion, please? There are more screen shots attached in another thread, where you originally responded with the suggested macro code.

Thanks, in advance!
