I have scanned picture of certificate in A4. I resized it to A4 in photoshop and put in report. There is also size of A4 in properties of that picture.
When i print report i see picture is shifted to the right for some margins and therefore all my txtboxs are sifted to right. So i supose top and left property are lenght from printing margins, not begining of paper.
Is there any easier way to thy to do this corectly and not by trial and error ( I don't have physical certificateyet, and its real costly to user it to trial and error).

You are correct in you assumption that reports possess a control positioning origin of the upper-left-hand margin corner.

And yes, when learning Access report design, trial and eror is the best way to LEARN how odd Access reports can be. YOu will also discover how flexible Access report design really is.

A good rule of thumb, when working with larger images in forms and reports, is to be sure the resultant image to be used in the form/rreport is sized to fit within the margins.

hope this helps

Thanks you CyberCow.

I did get a real certificate, and its seem in top i am 0,3 cm out of aligment, but in bottom its 0,8.
So, best way is , like you say - trial and error.
