do i have options for the user to select multiple choices other than a listbox...?

???

thank you.
ipisors
Yes, check out the properties of the listbox. there is one called MultiSelect.

You want to set yours to either the 2nd or 3rd setting.

The ComboBox should have a multivalue select option when used with a MultiValue field, and with a datasheet subform you can do multiple record selection as well.

Please disregard my previous post. Sorry...
