Have you created the Report with two Fields or Two Columns. In the Report if you have four Fields, that is considered to be one column. You also must have a Header Section in the report for each Field in the Report, otherwise the Headers for each Field will not show in the Columns.

dear sir

i have created a 2-column report, consisting of four fields.

page header looks like this:

Name Cash Cheque Packet

the above header details appear in the first column but not
in the second column.

is there a way to show the above headings in the second
column also. should i do something in the page-set up
menu.

kindly advise.

You need to create a Group By a Field(s) and then include in the Group By "with a header section." In the Header Section area you need to place/drag the Headers for the Fields.
