Full Version: Font On Actual Property Sheet Oversized
UtterAccess Discussion Forums > Microsoft® Access > Access Reports

Good afternoon Everyone.

While working in an Access 2010 Report, the actual font on the property sheet values became larger and I want them back to the default size.

In other words, the values/dropdowns/text boxes on the actual property sheet are overlapping other controls.

Did I accidentally hit a key while holding the CTRL key down? Is that a system issue?

Thanks,
Jason

Does this happen for all reports and/or the property sheets of other objects like forms? Or is this just happening on the one report?

If its the one report, it may be corrupted and you may need to run a Repair & Compact. If that doesn't fix it (in the case of it being just the one report), then I am dumbfounded and will be paying attention to this thread for the result.

Try a Repair & Compact and even a reboot and let us know please.

hope this helps

First, thank you for your reply and for the welcome CyberCow!

As for my issue, I am not sure what happened, but now everything is back to normal. I didn't reboot my computer, but I closed Access late yesterday and it was closed until this morning.

Before my post yesterday, I closed Access, reopened other DBs and several different reports...all with the same result.

Must have been an Office or Windows glitch? I could see how some may have trouble viewing the small font on the property sheet and thought I inadvertently hit a key that changed the size.

I will keep the Repair & Compact idea in mind as a possible fix if I run into other, unexplained issues.

Thanks again, and I look forward to participating UtterAccess community.

Regards,
Jason
