Hello

Is there a way to hide the report footer if the memo box has no data in it? I have it shrink but it still shows the label and it don't look very good.

The reports name is rptDailyLogs and the memo box name is Comments.

Thanks
Larry

Where would the textbox be getting its value from if it had one?

It would be unusual for a field from the recordsource only to appear in the report footer?

Thanks for the reply

It is not a text box...it is a memo box and it is for the people working to make notes and comments about their shift...it is very rarely used by can give insight to the next shift if something happened.

It gets it's source from it's own table.
