taenite
=SUMPRODUCT( (TH!\$G\$2:\$G\$426="1") +(TH!\$S\$2:\$S\$426="ATP INTERPRETATION")+(TH!\$S\$2:\$S\$426="DWG CLARIFICATION")+(TH!\$S\$2:\$S\$426="DWG INTERPRETATION")+(TH!\$S\$2:\$S\$426="MAT'L INTERPRETATION")+(TH!\$S\$2:\$S\$426="PART MARKING INTERPRETATION")+(TH!\$S\$2:\$S\$426="SPECIFICATION INTERPRETATION")+(TH!\$S\$2:\$S\$426="B.O.M. INTERPRETATION"))

alright..what is wrong with the part of the equation in red??? The answer this equation pops back is 191...which is the SAME answer as when I eliminate the part in red.

In column G there are 142 "1"s...so I shouldnt be getting an answer higher than 142.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks so much.

Hello, you'll want to use * operators instead of +. Also, 1 should be 1 instead of "1". Hope this helps.

To tack-on, use + for or, and * for and.
