I am trying to clean up a spread sheet. On one of the sheets it is required to calculate the difference between start and end time. For the most part it works fine. The problem I am having is when the start time is before midnight and the end time is after.

Any sugguestions?

Are you using a DateDiff function? I can't see why midnight is messing anything up.

If you post your expression then it may be easier to see what's wrong.

Hello, see if the following helps:

The actual date is not in the equation. I am working with times only.

example:

23:30 - 01:30 = answer

This is the spread sheet I am working on. The formula is on LH#2.
