Hi
You could base your form on a query which would include these field's from (2) different tables..?
PS: Table relationship has to be inplace..

Would like a little more detail as to what these fields will do..? (display/update/etc)

I have the same problem. I think the answer may be to use subforms for each of the "other" tables. I'm just starting to read up on that subject, so I can't offer much help than to point in that direction, but if I'm wrong, it's a wild goos chase for you.

First a tip on using UA (or any site like it). The more you put into a question, the better we can answer it. If you had posted a more detailed explanation of what you are trying to accomplish we could give a more definitive answer. There are several ways to show fields from multiple tables on a form. Use of a multi-table query, subforms and DLookups being the primary ones.

Which method would be best for you will depend on what you want to do with the data and how its related. If you define your needs more we can advise better.

Thanks Larry,
I created a query from two tables, which I created relationship, and it worked.

Thanks again
