Is it possible to figure "Business Days" or "Networkdays" inside an Access query? I know how to do it with Excel, but is it possible with Access?
HiTechCoach
Welcome to UA.

If you are doing the calculation in excel in a single cell, I have been able to duplicate is in an access query. Without the calculation you are using, I can not help any more than this.

Below is the excel formula I'm using. I'm basically figuring the difference between two dates minus weekends and holidays (for 2004).

=NETWORKDAYS(DATE(YEAR(G7), MONTH(G7), DAY(G7)), DATE(YEAR(K7), MONTH(K7), DAY(K7)),{38012,37987,38005,38033,38138,38173,38236,38316,38345,37952,37980})

I don't think Access uses "Networkdays" or if it even uses the same Dateserial numbers as excel.

Taka a search here in the Code Archive, there are some examples of what you are trying to do.

Thank you!

I checked the Code Archive and viola! I found the attachment for that footbinc had, but when I try opening it, Access tells me that it is an unrecognizable database format. Any suggestions?
