Hi All -

Well, it's the middle of a long and dreary winter here so I thought, "how could I liven up my otherwise dull and boring spreadsheets?"

The first thing that came to mind was automated GIF's.

Is there anyway to get these rascals into a spreadsheet before everyone nods off on me?

Thanks.

Automated or Animated? Not sure what an automated GIF file would do, but it sounds pretty cool. I have no idea if it can be done in a spreadsheet or not, but www.lebans.com has an animated gif example for an access db.

Automated in the sense that it would appear when a certain event occurs, but yes, you are correct - I was thinking "animated" too. It wouldn't be any fun unless it moved around a little.

Thanks for the link.

I can't resist to say this...

BRILLIANT examples again, Ivan!

I'd say, just the WebBrowserCtrl alone opens quite a few new horizons ...frown.gif

I second Martin's opinion - absolutely on the mark!

Thankyou Ivan!
