I have attached a database with my tables in. I think it is normalized, but i keep reading other posts which give me second thoughts. Could someone have a look at it and tell me where i can change things [if i need to]?

Hi Thomas,

It will be helpful if you set the relationship in your db between the tables.

I looked only at the first three tables:
* I don't see any FK fields
* tblContainerContent has repeating groups (ExtraInfo 4 - 6)

Review your structure, set the relationship between the tables and re-post.
