I have been creating reports lately (with the guidance of the help section in Access), and they don't tell me how I can have multple criteria. For instance, I have this report where I want to retrieve the data for only one department. Now, I want to have the report retrieve data for many departments. But I don't know how to do that. I tried using an & in the criteria row of the underlying query, but I think that either my syntax is wrong or it can't simply do that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
