I'm making a report of contacts, divided into building numbers. The contacts are split up into a yes/no. Yes if they are daytime contacts, no if they are nighttime contacts.
I need to make that looks something like this:
Building Number:
Day contact 1
Extension
Day contact 2
Extension
Daytime Special instructions:
Night Contact 1
Home PHone
Night contact 2
home phone
Night Special Instructions:
_______________________
Than repeat with a new building number and set of contacts.
I can get everything in the right order... but I don't know how to put in the special instructions in the right place without having both day and night instructions for each group of contacts.
