You can Drag and Drop the image to the form.

Yes it does.

I guess I am not clear are what you are trying to do. How do you expect to insert an image without the dialog box that allows you to select the file?

I have a form with linked images and when you open it has a box come up that says importing C:/blah.jpg

just curious if there is a way to turn it off

Oh - the progress bar that displays when a linked images is being loaded. To my knowledge there is no way to disable it.
