I am trying to come up with a query to show duplicates in a table, but show each duplicate only once. Is this doable???? The duplicate field I am trying to show are ZipCodes. I would like a list of each of the Zip Codes used in my table, but show them only once each.

With the query in Design View:
osition the Mouse anywhere in the top area where the tables are shown, Rt-Click to show the Query Properties.
Change "Unique Values" to YES. After making the change, you will notice that the SQL View will now show the word "DISTINCT" right after "SELECT". You could have switched to SQL View and manually typed in the word, but showed the other way in case you weren't aware of it.
