My crosstab query is working fine. But when I put it in a report. There seems to be an error. "The Microsoft Jet database engine does not recognize <name> as a valid field name or expression. (Error 3070)" Is it possible to put a cross-tab querry in a report. Please help Thank you very much!!!

Yes, it is possible but not necessarily easy. If you "hard code" the column headers and they are always the same, then it is relatively easy. If you do not, then you basically have to build the report "on the fly" and this is much more difficult. There are (or were) some examples of building reports based on changing crosstab queries here somewhere. A search may turn them up.

Here is one that I built for someone just yesterday. I believe his problem was the lack of column headings in the crosstab query.
