Hello , I set up the report to look in a querie and to ask what job number to find to bring up in the report, well I can make it do that but the problem that I'm having is that I have to enter in a range mode like from job number 100 to 150, but what I want to do is just do one entry for example:
enter job number to find: 100 then a report pop up with the data |

A simple way is to type: [Enter a job number:] in the criteria secion for the field in the query. Now when you run the report, a prompt will pop up asking for a job number.
In regards to the range mode returning, take a look at your query, you may have typed something in already. It also may be easier to paste a copy of your db or the code from your query. Hope this helps. Dako |
