I have attached my database. I am wondering how to enter on one set of questions and answers per record. The subform I have set up allows the user to continue on and enter more than one set of questions. Is there a better way to accomplish what I want?

You question table is not set up properly. Attached is a small sample of how your tables should be set up.

I have tried your example and so far it is working. I thank you very much. I will work on my database some more tomorrow. If I need any further help I will post then.
