Hi, I have a FE and BE and they are both located on a network drive. As the number of users are increasing, i have noticed a decrease in performance. I did some research and it has been suggested that the FE should be installed on all users' local machine. How can i implement this. Thank you

Each user should have thier own copy of the FE on each machine (else there is no point splitting the DB)
You will find some excellent info on it here

thank you i read that. Instead of me going to everyones machine, how can i create an executable so users can install or update the FE on their machines.

Hi,
there is a batch approach mentioned here.
Another one would be using one of the auto updaters in the code archive e.g. here or here.
You would only need to "install" the setup on each user's machine for the first time.
HTH
Good luck

You have several options.
There is a an example in the code archive of an auto updater.. this will check the version of your FE - but this still requires you to install this on the local machines first
You could also create a .Bat file (or modify your login script if you are using a windows server) to copy the file from the server to the local machine
