Accessor

This page is a stub. Please help us by expanding or merging it with applicable content

An Accessor is a general term given to code that provides access to other code constructs. Typically, the term accessor is used to describe a property Get/Let/Set procedure which wraps a variable.

CODE
Option Explicit

Private mVariable As Integer

Public Property Get Value() As Integer
 Value = mValue
End Property

Public Property Let Value(i As Integer)
 mValue = i
End Property

In the above example, the two property procedures are considered accessors to the variable.
