Form

Definition: A construct within a Microsoft Access Database that's primary usage is to bind to an underlying data source and display it's data in a formatted manner.

Forms can be bound (as expressed above) or unbound (not connected to a data source), and can serve many purposes, not only for the display of data.

They can be built using Wizards within Access, or built from scratch one component (control) at a time.

They can leverage VBA code and perform very powerful tasks.

They are the primary user interface for an Access database.
