Hi All,

I have a split form which I use to see the total Quantity of any product by making a choice from the dropdown (please refer the screenshot).
I want to print the split form with the datasheet.

Right now only the datasheet gets printed, I want to have "Total for the Grade selected" reflected in the printout, unsure how to do it.

I am currently using the PRINT FORM utility.

Forms are intended for data entry and viewing on screen and not for printing.
Create a report to show what you want and get the print button to print that instead

Hi: It will probably be better for you to create a report, rather than a form, and use a report/subreport approach. The current record(s) on the form can be used as criteria for the report query or in the report command.

Printing a form is usually not the best way to do this ...

Forgot to say that the split form is really just one form where some trickery is used to make to appear to have two separate parts.
If you view the form in design view, you should see what I mean
