I'm using O365 Sharepoint (SP) lists within Access and got the below error when trying to set a form control with a foreign key (fk)

QUOTE
You cannot reference rows created when you are disconnected from the server because this violates the lookup settings defined for this table or list. Please reconnect all tables with the server and try again.

I read this

but don't quite understand. I have a 1:M relationship between tblNewJob and Metro_CS (image below) and just want to set the fk. I initially setup the table in Access, uploaded to Sharepoint, linked the List, then setup the relationship within Sharepoint (I don't know if this has anything to do with it). The 2nd screenshot shows that SP has issues. Any thoughts, please? Lex
