I have used the External Data New Data Source from Other Sources Outlook Folder wizard to link contacts. The downloaded fields that I want are not in the new table created. Am I able to map the fields to be imported? I assume it is the connection string that should get edited but have no idea what to change. I think that I finally realized whatever contact list is open when you run the wizard is where the data is derived from. It is a company shared contact list in Office 365 if that matters.
I would like to have fields like firstName, lastName, phone#, and email addresses populate the table.

Hi. Welcome to UtterAccess! welcome2UA.gif

Are you trying to "link" so you can have up-to-date information all the time? Just curious...
