UtterAccess Forums _ Microsoft PowerPoint _ Embed Excel File In Slide

when i embed an Excel file in a slide...how do i share this file (Excel) when i email (attach) the ppt...?
(at present, i put the pptx and xlsx in the folder for use on the network)

I would entertain the idea of using an 'image' of the spreadsheet instead of embedding it. Unless the spreadsheet needs to be altered. In that case, I'd do as you already mentioned - place the spreadsheet in the folder for use on the network.

thank you...(working at present, but we are migrating to SharePoint 365)...
