Hi,

The following is a simplified example of a spreadsheet I am trying to setup. To find the values of H6 & J6, I'm guessing I need to use OFFSET/MATCH, but I don't know where to start?

(See Attached)

Why do you show those two dates in H2 and J2? What search criteria are you trying to program? With info provided, looks like can just reference cells directly. The result in F6 looks wrong.

So H2 show the first Monday in the month. This of course can change month on month. I need to sum the week total which is why I am referencing the date in J2. I can then j3, j4, j5, j6 as the remaining days of the week.

I agree the value in f6 is wrong. This was something I missed when I threw this together

Sorry, still not clear to me what the issue is. Looks like to me just Sum() the 5 columns on row 6

Sorted now thanks

I did it a different way. I couldn’t just sum col 5 & 6.

E.g. if 1st of month is a Monday, no problem. You can sum 5&6. However, the problem arose when the 1st is a Friday? You have to sum 5, 8 etc
