Hi all,

I was wondering if there was a way to forward messages based on certain conditions of the message.

I've tried using rules, but that only seems to work when the Outlook Application is open.

I was hoping that outlook would forward the message without having to open it up. I read some things about server side rules, but it didn't seem to work when i tested it.

Hi. Outlook is a client application. The messages are actually on the Exchange server. If you don't have access to run rules on the server, then you're probably out of luck. Have you tried asking your Exchange server admins for help?
