As of now my Access VBA Applications are used by employees within office on LAN. Can I give remote user access to the Access VBA Application?

If yes, any reading material for such deployment or any other suggestions.

Any limits of number of users that can effectively use an Access Application within LAN and Remotely?

The theoretical limit is 255 users, but reality is much less and depends on many factors. Typically 40 is about the max, but I have been on systems with up to 80 users.

For remote users, you should look at RDP, Terminal Services, CITRIX, ...
