I'm sure there is.

I'm sure we don't want to advertise its existence or identity.

Search the web. But buyer beware.

There are free tools for recovering passwords from MDB files but thankfully ACCDB files are better protected and harder to crack.

I bought one such tool for ACCDB file password recovery as part of my research into database security.
They work by brute force attack and if the password is reasonably long/strong, it could take several days running continuously to get the password.
That is unless you have information that can narrow the search.

AFAIAC that's good news as it makes it less likely unauthorised hackers will gain access to a password protected application

Good luck solving your problem.

As you can well understand, I'm sure, anyone who password protects an accdb does so because they wanted to keep it private. So, if you want to break that password, it raises the question as to why that would be done. In some cases, of course, there is a legitimate reason for needing to break password security. Perhaps the developer who created the accdb is no longer around and can't be contacted for the password. Sometimes, I guess, a developer forgets the password they used.

But sometimes, another party gets hold of a password protected accdb and wants to break into it. That's where the problem with advertising password breaking software comes in. We can't be sure, in every case, that there is a legitimate need to bypass the developer's attempt at securing their property against theft. I'm sure that's not the case here. I'm sure your organization owns the accdb and needs to break into it for a totally legitimate reason. However, if we were to give out links to help you, ANYONE ELSE could also see the post and use that software for inappropriate purposes. And that's not the business we want to be in.

Contact one of the legitimate vendors and see what you can obtain that way.
