You mean just the time of day, not date?

If you want a custom date picker, review http://allenbrowne.com/ser-51.html

If you want time picker then build a combobox. Can have a table with the times you want listed for selection. Or write a VBA procedure that builds the list. You want every hour, minute, second of the day?

Even an ActiveX slider control can be used to select time.

If you want a date and time picker, have a look at this Pop-Up Calendar Demo which might do what you want.

A time slot is one thing. You can manage slots.

You can't easily have a general time picker though, since time is not discrete, but rather a continuous function.
