Try

CurrentDb.Execute "INSERT INTO " & CalcTable & " ([" & ScenChkDataID & "]) VALUES (" & ScIndex & ");", dbFailOnError


Also, post what is returned by ScenChkDataID and ScIndex when you run your code.


Is ScenChkDataID a combo box? In that case you'd need to pull the right column's value, ScenChkDataID.Column(1) or something along those lines.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't want you to think I didn't appreciate you and everyone else's help with this problem.

I had to jump off this issue in order to tackle another one that cropped up. As soon as I get a chance I will give your recommended fix a shot and I will report back
