I reply to several emails a day that include a canned paragraph. When I need the paragraph, I open a Word document containing my standard paragraphs and cut and past the one I want into the email.
would like to speed this up by having an Outlook macro (VBA) that inserts the text. I would like to position the insertion point in the reply where I want the paragraph, invoke the macro, and the macro would insert the text at the insertion point.
I have written Outlook macros, but I have no idea how to cause a macro to send text to the insertion point.
Any help would be appreciated.
